She made the experience horrible.. it was a slow night, and we were the only guest there.. we arrived around 9:20 pm.. although the restaurant closed at 2am, she was practically kicking us out. Didn't offer to refill our pitcher of sangria, when our glad was empty she didn't bother to pour the next glass and appeared very bothered that we had a certificate. The food was great, but with me it's more about the service.. and even though the service was horrible, We still tipped her 20%, because we're not savages...unfortunately that was the last time we dined there..February 07, 2017
- 5 / 5By Quim PedrosaI have ate there many times, the food is great and your sangria is one of the best around, the staff they are friendly and professional, the only time they lack off is when they have a party witch is understandable but we paying for food and service like they are. I was there yesterday and I was very pleased great food, great service, silverware very clean spotless I was empressed. Keep up the good work and many people will feel like I do. We've been a customer since Chateau Madrid opened it's doors. One of our favorite restaurant!October 08, 2016
